Delivery time in Ukraine is 1-2 business days.
We ship 6 days a week, Monday through Saturday on the day of order*
*Subject to order confirmation by the manager by phone before 2:00 p.m. Orders are shipped on Saturday provided payment is made on Friday, if these are pre-paid orders.
We do not ship on Sundays.
The order is stored at the recipient's branch for 5 days, after which it is returned. In the event of a re-shipment or refund for a returned order, the amount of transportation costs paid by the company is deducted from the order amount.
When receiving the goods at a Nova Poshta branch, be sure to check the quantity, integrity and appearance of the goods!
In case of damage to the goods or incomplete order, it is necessary to refuse to receive the goods and pay for them, as well as record and draw up an act (claim). In case of such situations, please contact us
Delivery is paid by the recipient, according to the courier service rates.
Orders for an amount less than 200 UAH are shipped only after 100% prepayment.
*The administration of the VESPER store is not responsible for cargo lost or damaged due to the fault of the delivery operator. When sending cargo by 100% prepayment, we insure the parcel for 200 UAH.
The store reserves the right not to release products to the customer.
